By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and other applicable laws of India. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

The Website is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Website, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Use of the Website

The Website is provided for the purpose of showcasing Deromo's products, sharing brand and company information, and enabling business, wholesale, and B2B enquiries through the contact form. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Website by, any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, product images, packaging designs, and the "Deromo" name and marks, is the property of Deromo or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. 5. Product Information and FSSAI Disclosure

Deromo holds a valid licence under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI Lic. No. 21526035001743). Product descriptions, images, weights, and packaging shown on the Website are for informational and illustrative purposes only; actual product packaging, labelling (including declarations required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011), and net quantity may vary.

Please refer to the product label for accurate and up-to-date information on ingredients, allergens, nutritional content, batch details, and manufacturing/expiry dates before consumption.

6. Purchases Through Third-Party Marketplaces

The Website does not process online orders, payments, or deliveries directly. Deromo products are sold through third-party e-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Amazon, and Zepto. Any purchase you make through such platforms is a separate transaction governed entirely by the respective platform's own terms of service, return, refund, and cancellation policies, and grievance redressal mechanisms under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. Deromo is not responsible for order fulfilment, payment processing, or delivery undertaken by these third-party platforms.

7. Bulk, Wholesale, and B2B Enquiries

Any pricing, catalogue, or quotation shared in response to an enquiry submitted through the Website is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding commercial agreement is formed only once terms (including price, quantity, delivery, and payment) are mutually agreed upon and confirmed in writing between Deromo and the enquiring party.

8. Information You Submit

By submitting the contact/enquiry form, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading, and that you have the authority to submit such information (including, where applicable, on behalf of a company). You agree not to submit any information that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the rights of any third party.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website.
